Don't be too shocked, it's only been a year!

Hello Family, it has been a long time since I have posted on my blog. It took me an hour to get back on. Couldn't remember password, etc. I will be posting a request for recipes from you all. I am compiling a cookbook with mom's recipes and would like to add other family members recipes. I am going to give you all credit for your recipes, any helpful hints you want to share. If you have a favorite recipes of mom let me know which one it is and why you love it. Any way would love you input in to the book. Love to you all......

Hi friend, peace...

If you willing visit my blog, and read my article at http://sosiologidakwah.blogspot.com
And... if you love books, don’t forget to read The Holy Qur'an please...
The Holy Qur’an (112:1-4) had stated, that God is Allah, the One and Only. Allah is God, on whom all depend. Allah begets not, and nor begotten; and none is like Allah.

Here is a simple recipe that is delicious

Pecan Pie
3 eggs
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c karo
1/2 t vanilla

Preheat oven to 425*. Line pie shell with pecans. About 1 to 1 1/2 c. Mix eggs, Karo and sugar together. Pour over pecans. Cook at 425* for 15 min then 350* for 30 min.

I have several pages of helpful hint such as emergency substitutions like 1TBSP cornstarch = 2 TBSP flour I will make a copy for you and send them to you. That way you can use what you want.

Love you can’t wait to see the cook book
